CLOSE INTERVAL POTENTIAL SURVEY (CIPS)
CIPS survey is carried over the entire length of the pipeline by computerized potential logging method to identify suspected holiday spots on the pipeline coating after the back-filling has been consolidated sufficiently and CP system has been stabilized.
CURRENT ATTENUATION TEST (CAT)
CAT survey is method to locate faults and poor coating that is draining the current, resulting in improved potentials and minimizing damaging side effects.
DIRECT CURRENT VOLTAGE GRADIENT (DCVG)
DCVG Survey is carried out for verification of the Coating defects identified during Close Interval Potential Logging Survey and Current Attenuation Test.
